How can I get to the venue?

You are welcome to drive yourself to Spring Ranch Mendocino for each event; parking is available. A shuttle service is provided to and from the room blocks for the wedding day. Stay tuned for shuttle pick-up times and potentially other pick-up locations!

we don’t recommend relying on these services.

What can I expect for the Welcome Party?

We hope you are able to join as for a casual dinner of tacos, side dishes, agua frescas, and more to welcome you to our wedding celebration! Join us as you arrive to town as food, drinks and games will be provided throughout the duration.

A morning walk?

We want to start our special day doing one of our favorite things, appreciating nature, and we welcome you to join us! Meet us at the trailhead with your morning coffee and walking shoes for a light stroll along ocean bluffs. We will walk up to a mile round trip along a relatively flat dirt path. Free parking is located at the trailhead.


This is activity totally optional and no RSVP is needed!

Have dietary restrictions?

Don’t worry, we’re creating a menu that caters to most dietary restrictions and allergies. We will also be collecting any restrictions you have when you RSVP!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Both! The ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner will be held outside, and we will move inside for dancing. Don’t worry, we will have blankets and heaters in case they’re needed for the outdoor portion. We recommend you bring a jacket as well!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Nope! We want to see your beautiful face while we walk down the aisle, not the back of your phone. We will give a designated time after the ceremony for you to take a photo with us, but otherwise, we ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony.

Are kids welcome?

While we love your kids, we are making this day adult only. Take the night off and get ready for an awesome time!

What’s the bar situation?

We’ll offer signature cocktails, mocktails, and a selection of beer and wine for your enjoyment. Water, coffee, and tea with also be available throughout the evening.

Is there an after-party?

The reception ends at 10pm, but the celebration doesn’t! Join us at a local pool hall, the Welcome Inn in Fort Bragg, for a casual after-party with pizza. Shuttles will run between the after-party and hotel block, ensuring everyone gets home safely.

What is the goodbye brunch?

We’d love for you to stop by the venue for a casual grab-and-go goodbye brunch on your way out of town. Enjoy specialty coffee, lattes, and local pastries as we say thank you and send you off with a warm farewell!

Welcome Party: Dressy Casual
Wear whatever you like!

Wedding: Semi-Formal/Formal Attire
Please wear nice attire to help make our day extra special! We recommend avoiding thin heels as the ceremony will be held on grass.
Please avoid casual wear such as jeans, t-shirts or sneakers.

Goodbye Brunch: Come As You Are
Wear whatever you like! We might still be in our pajamas ourselves!
