How can I get to the venue?

You are welcome to drive yourself to Spring Ranch Mendocino for each event; parking is plentiful. A shuttle service is provided to and from the room blocks for the wedding day. Stay tuned for shuttle pick-up times!

What can I expect for the Welcome Party?

We’re excited to host a relaxed dinner of tacos, side dishes, beverages, and games to welcome you to our celebration!

Have dietary restrictions?

Don’t worry, we’re creating a menu that caters to most dietary restrictions and allergies. We will also be collecting any restrictions you have when you RSVP!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Both! The ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner will be held outside, and will move inside for dancing. Don’t worry, we will have blankets and heaters in case they’re needed for the outdoor portion.

Are kids welcome?

While we love your kids, we are making this day adult only.
Take the night off and get ready for an awesome time!

What’s the bar situation?

We’ll offer signature cocktails, mocktails, and a selection of beer and wine for your enjoyment. Water, coffee, and tea with also be available throughout the evening.

Is there an after party?

The reception ends at 10 p.m., but the celebration keeps going! We’ve reserved Tall Guy Brewing in Fort Bragg exclusively for our after-party—complete with games, late night snacks, and comfortable seating—so there’s plenty of room to keep the fun alive. Shuttles will run between the hotel blocks and the brewery, ensuring everyone gets home safely.

What is the Farewell Coffee?

We’d love for you to stop by for a casual grab-and-go brunch on your way out of town. Enjoy specialty coffee, lattes, and local pastries as we say thank you and send you off with a warm farewell!

We’d love for you to wear festive, bold summer colors—go as vibrant as you’d like! Because the ceremony will be on grass, we recommend avoiding thin heels. Thank you for helping make our day extra special with your fabulous style!
